In need of helping hand out of a rut

Harefield Gazette - - OPINION -

I AM 18, an aspiring writer/ journalist/whiner. Recently things have been quite tough for me, and the consequence of that is that I had to leave my college, where I was studying my A-levels.

I suppose you could say I’m at a crossroads in my life now.

I can continue living at home, with my parents and cry about how awful my life is, or I could do every possible thing to ensure that my future isn’t working at McDonald’s.

So I’m clutching at straws now, in a hope that by some miracle someone may give me a hand and pull me out of the rut I’m in.

What I’m trying to get at is – is there anyone out there that can help me find a job, go on an adventure and screw society’s idea that only graduates can be successful?
