I will repay support by serving you well

THE local Labour team and I would like to thank the voters of Charville for their continued support.

At the council by-election [on November 27], the voters of Charville elected me, John Oswell, as one of their three ward councillors with an increased majority since the local elections in May. I would like to thank them for putting their trust in me as one of their local representatives.

Charville ward remains a split ward, with two Labour councillors and one Conservative.

I am no stranger to the local political scene because I had previously represented Pinkwell ward where I built up a reputation, over many years, as someone who gets things done. Now I will join Councillor Beulah East to ensure that the residents of Charville have an even stronger voice in the council chamber.
