RICH­INGS Sports Park will be host­ing an open day on Satur­day, wel­com­ing vis­i­tors to come and see the new site and try out all the sport, fit­ness and so­cial fa­cil­i­ties on of­fer.

Take ad­van­tage of free taster ses­sions and de­li­cious food and drink that the whole fam­ily can en­joy.

Free gym, class and pool ses­sions – Rich­ings Sports Park will have FREE gym en­try all day for vis­i­tors to come and try the ex­clu­sive, state of the art train­ing fa­cil­ity with all the lat­est equip­ment to help you reach your 2015 fit­ness goals.

The tran­quil Holis­tic Stu­dio, will also be open of­fer­ing a range of classes from Yoga, Tai Chi and Pi­lates that will en­er­gise the mind, body and soul and pro­mote weight loss. Turn up on the day to trial some of th­ese classes com­pletely FREE of charge.

On top of all this, swim­mers are also in­vited to try our End­less Pool for FREE, where you can swim at your own pace in com­plete pri­vacy, with no crowds or on­look­ers. Swim or ex­er­cise against a smooth cur­rent that is fully ad­justable to any speed or abil­ity.

Sport for all – It is never too late to start a new sport so come along and see what’s on of­fer at your lo­cal sports park. Our sports in­clude ten­nis, bowls, foot­ball and soft­ball, open to all ages and abil­i­ties with ac­tiv­i­ties to trial for free on the day.
