Children perform at West End theatre
PUPILS from Uxbridge took to the stage at London’s Shaftesbury Theatre recently for a charity gala.
The students from Stagecoach Theatre Arts School, based at Oak Farm School, in Windsor Avenue, Uxbridge, performed alongside Britain’s Got Talent star Charlotte Jaconelli and students from the Performing Arts Children’s Charity, for which they helped raise money, together with the charity Macmillan Cancer Support.
They were joined by children from Stagecoach schools across the country.
Stagecoach Uxbridge principal Rebecca Odedra said: “We’re absolutely thrilled that pupils from our school were selected to take part in this year’s Stagecoach Charity Gala.
“We’re very grateful to everyone who came to watch the show and support two worthwhile causes.
“Our students have been working hard and loved the opportunity to perform on stage once again.”
