THE RSPCA Hillingdon, Kingston District Branch is asking just one question this week – Why are all the black and white cats left behind?
It’s a problem shared all over the world. And yet black and white cats have as much to offer as any other cat.
Through no fault of their own, they are overlooked, as most people tend to choose ‘prettier’ coloured cats. And so, black and white cats spend longer in homing centres, waiting for someone to see past their colour.
Poor Diego was dumped outside the RSPCA in a box, freezing cold and starving hungry. So it’s no wonder he is a bit shy with people at first meeting but soon makes friends once you give him a cuddle and chin rub.
Diego is two or three years old and will need a permanent home who will give him plenty of TLC and care for him for the rest of his life Diego is a gentle boy that deserves a chance with someone who cares
Yetty and Babycow are still looking for homes. This adorable pair of boys came to us because their owner just kept on breeding cats and ended up with far too many.
A lot of their family have found new loving homes and now Babycow and Yetty are looking for their forever loving home too. We hope they will also get suitable new names when their new mum or dad takes them home as we think they deserve ‘nicer’ names.
They are an extremely nice pair of boys and can be a little shy at first but have come along leaps and bounds with lots of love, food and playtime.
Thank you for your support. We can’t do it without you! If you think you can offer one of our animals a loving home then please ring RSPCA Hillingdon Branch on 01895 833417 or visit our website www. rspcahillingdonclinic.org. uk to download an application form.
