Nic Budden, chief executive ffficer, said: “We are very excited to take the next step in our expansion strategy with the launch of these new offices. With years of experience operating in these areas from our neighbouring offices, we now look forward to offering our unparalleled expertise and knowledge to the local communities.”

The new Ruislip office will open its doors on Saturday 18 April.

Both have years of experience in the local market, having worked previously in Foxtons’ neighbouring offices in Pinner and Harrow.

“Our new Ruislip office is an incredibly exciting addition to our expanding network,” said James.

“It is such a great area with a diverse property market, offering almost a village-style living with excellent transport links into central London. Combining my experience and dedication, I hope to bring a fresh approach as an estate agent, and personally, I am very much looking forward to working closely with the local community.”

Himani added: “There’s such a demand for rental properties in this area and I can’t wait to start meeting our new landlords and tenants and offering them a great service.”
