Nikolett’s accolade is a real beauty
A RUISLIP mum has been named Student of the Year at the London College of Beauty Therapy.
Nikolett Vegh picked up the award for her ‘outstanding commitment and work ethic’ and said she ‘could not be more proud’. After completing a Level 2 Diploma in beauty therapy, Ms Vegh was offered a job at Salon 155, in South Ruislip.
The single mum-oftwo had to change paths ‘for the better’, as her original career, in hospitality, had unsociable working hours.
Ms Vegh hopes to one day open her own business and is also eager to develop her own beauty brand.
She added: “The people behind my achievements are my two sons and I want to do something big in my life for their future.”
The honour was awarded to Ms Vegh at a ceremony, in central London, on June 5.
