Fed up with BT's lack of ser­vice

COULD some­one please ex­plain why it should take over four weeks to be re­con­nected to BT in­ter­net.

I got so fed up to­day with it all so I’ve now stuck a let­ter on the BT box.

I have called al­most daily to BT’s fault cen­tre on 0330 1234150 and ev­ery time we call they as­sure us that the fault will def­i­nitely be fixed within the next twelve hours.

Must be a lot of BT staff in In­dia with Pinocchio noses now.
