Fed up with BT's lack of service
COULD someone please explain why it should take over four weeks to be reconnected to BT internet.
I got so fed up today with it all so I’ve now stuck a letter on the BT box.
I have called almost daily to BT’s fault centre on 0330 1234150 and every time we call they assure us that the fault will definitely be fixed within the next twelve hours.
Must be a lot of BT staff in India with Pinocchio noses now.
