Man avoids prison over break-in
A HAREFIELD man who carried out an assault after forcing his way into a house has been sentenced.
Thomas Jordan, 27, of Bankside Close, admitted breaking into a property, in Morse Close, on November 9, 2014, and assaulting a man inside.
The victim suffered head and foot injuries and Jordan was charged the following day.
He pleaded guilty to assault causing actual bodily harm (ABH) at Isleworth Crown Court on June 2.
Jordan was sentenced at the same court on July 14 to an 11-month suspended sentence and 12-month restraining order. He was also ordered to pay a £100 victim surcharge.
