Man critical after fall from bridge
PASSERS-BY were alarmed after a man fell from a pedestrian bridge in Uxbridge.
The man, believed to be in his mid-20s, was taken to an east London hospital after the fall on Monday last week where his condition was described as ‘critical but stable’.
London’s Air Ambulance and police were deployed to Trumper Way at 6.50pm after the man fell from the pedestrian bridge which connects to Pavilions shopping centre.
An eyewitness saw a tent erected by police near the Crown Walk bus stop and queues of traffic.
No arrests were made in connection with the incident.
