For a warm welcome, you can bank on us at Coopers
COMING soon to Ickenham... Residents of Ickenham may have noticed that refurbishment work has started on the old Barclays bank premises in Swakeleys Road; this is because Coopers have chosen the unit for their new Ickenham branch which is scheduled to open this autumn.
Coopers hope to revive the unit into a welcoming office which Ickenham locals will be pleased to have on the parade.
Benefit to the area
“Estate agencies attract browsers, which is generally good for the viability of shopping parades where there are numerous independent retailers.
“The previous vacant frontage did not make a positive contribution to the street, we hope that our new office will change this and benefit the parade,” said Mark Cooper, director of Coopers.
The opening has come after the company’s success of their six other branches in Ruislip, Ruislip Manor, Hillingdon, Uxbridge,West Drayton and Fitzrovia.
With these offices working in tandem, Coopers will be able to provide clients with unrivalled market coverage meaning their property will reach the widest audience possible.
Popularity and access
Recent research highlighted there to be an increasing popularity with Ickenham among home buyers and was named the third most in-demand area due to its tube station offering easy access into central London.
A close-knit community and outstanding schools also make Ickenham a desirable location.
