Night tube setback was predictable

Harefield Gazette - - OPINION -

IT MAY look like an autumn leaf, but on closer look this Ruislip visitor is a colourful butterfly.

Reader Michael Rawlinson, who took the photo in his garden at Windmill Hill, thinks it

may be of the Comma variety.

If you have a photo to share with readers of this page, please email it to steve.bax@ trinitymirror.com together with your details. IT HAS recently been announced that the introduction of the Night Tube will be delayed.

With Boris Johnson’s blundering approach to launching the Night Tube, sadly this delay comes as little surprise.

If you try and launch a major project without speaking to the people you’ll be relying on to deliver it, it’s never going to end well.

Instead of hiding on the side-lines, Boris Johnson should have been at the forefront of negotiations.
