How dairy – too much for milkman?
WITH regards to your article ‘In milk and politics I always deliver’ (Gazette, October 2), can someone please tell me how the milkman from West Drayton, who claims to work hard for the people there, and manages to be the chair of a council committee is going to work in Ealing borough and still keep his commitment to Hillingdon – all the time trying to climb the greasy pole to get to City Hall.
Richard Barnes managed it because he had a personality and did nothing else in Hillingdon.
