Teen stabbed at rush hour
A MURDER investigation has been launched after a teenager was fatally stabbed in West Ruislip on Monday evening (November 9).
Police were called to High Road, Ickenham, at 5.35pm following reports of a stabbing.
The London Ambulance Service were called and an 18-year-old male was treated at the scene before he later died at a west London hospital. He is the thirteenth teenager to be fatally stabbed in the capital this year.
A man in his 20s was arrested and taken to a west London police station for questioning.
The victim’s next of kin have been informed and a post-mortem examination is due to take place.
High Road, Ickenham, remained closed between West Ruislip Tube Station and Aylsham Drive as the Gazette went to press on Tuesday.
