Two more are charged in mur­der case

PO­LICE in­ves­ti­gat­ing the death of 18-year-old Al­fie Stone in Ick­en­ham have charged two more peo­ple with his mur­der.

Al­fie was stabbed to death in High Road, Ick­en­ham on Mon­day Novem­ber 9.

29-year-old Corinne Cripps of High Road, Ick­en­ham and 28-year-old Steve Haw­good of Kingston Av­enue, West Dray­ton were charged on Novem­ber 9 and ap­peared be­fore Wim­ble­don Mag­is­trates’ Court last Thurs­day (Novem­ber 12) where they were re­manded in cus­tody.

Also in court was Max­ine Ben­son, 32 of no fixed abode, who was charged with mur­der on Novem­ber 11.

Cripps, Haw­good and Ben­son will ap­pear at the Old Bai­ley on Fe­bru­ary 1 next year for a plea and case man­age­ment hear­ing.

The Met Po­lice said that a 27-year-old man, ar­rested on Novem­ber 9 in con­nec­tion with the in­ci­dent was bailed to a date in midDe­cem­ber.
