Pair arrested after bottle was thrown at pedestrian
TWO men in their 20s have been arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm after throwing a bottle out of a car at a passer by in Uxbridge town centre.
Police were called at around 6am on Friday November 13, by a man who alleged a bottle had been thrown at him by occupants of a passing car in Belmont Road, Uxbridge.
Officers from Hillingdon police traced the car and two men, aged 20 and 23, were arrested on suspicion of GBH and the pair remained in custody throughout the day.
A Metropolitan police spokesperson confirmed the male pedestrian was not injured.
Police are continuing their enquiries into the circumstances surrounding the incident and it is being investigating by Hillingdon officers.
