Woolly good way to help charity
CHILDREN, staff and parents wore festive jumpers to ACS Hillingdon International School in December to raise money for Save the Children.
The fundraiser was organised by the student council and netted an impressive £325 for the charity.
Lauren Seaberg, counsellor at the school for four to 18 year olds in Vine Lane, Hillingdon, helped to co-ordinate the day.
She said: “The holiday cheer quickly spread throughout ACS Hillingdon on Holiday Jumper Day. We were so pleased to see so many festive, sparkly, jingly jumpers!
“Everyone was excited to get into the spirit and also to raise money for such an important cause.”
