COOPERS Residential has opened its new Ickenham branch on Swakeleys Road. The official opening, held just before Christmas, was well attended by local residents, and even Father Christmas popped in to spread some Christmas cheer by handing out presents to children. There was also a Christmas raffle, with proceeds donated to Ickenham Festival, as well as carol singing and instrumentalists from St Giles’ Church and the United Reformed Church in Ickenham.
Coopers donated £200 to the carol singers, who raised a total of £425 for Save the Children.
Mark Cooper, partner at Coopers, said: “We have let and sold properties in Ickenham for 30 years from our Hillingdon and Ruislip offices. We are proud to finally be part of this unique and wonderful community and look forward to helping people move for many more years to come”.
Previously occupied by Barclays Bank, the premises has been transformed to create a modern, spacious and welcoming space. The opening comes after the success of the company’s six other branches in Ruislip, Ruislip Manor, Hillingdon, Uxbridge,West Drayton and Fitzrovia. With these offices working in tandem, Coopers will be able to provide clients with unrivalled marketing meaning their property will reach the widest audience possible.
Furthermore, recent research highlighted Ickenham’s growing popularity among home buyers – it was named the third most in-demand area due to its tube station offering easy access into central London. A close-knit community and outstanding schools also make Ickenham a desirable location.
