Stylish new apartments on the Uxbridge skyline

DEVELOPER Howarth Homes is to launch a substantial collection of new build apartments in Uxbridge next month, which will add to the town’s property landscape.
These stylish new homes will be set in a dynamic landmark building aptly named Panorama, enhancing the Uxbridge skyline. Due to the striking elevation, many will enjoy unrivalled views across Fassinidge Park.
The apartments will offer intelligently crafted living spaces with quality fixtures and fittings, with the majority benefiting from their own private balcony or terrace to make the most of the surrounding vista.
The new properties enjoy a prime location just a couple of minutes from a wide array of shops, restaurants and culture – with two major shopping centres, The Pavilions and intu, both filled with high street brands.
Uxbridge is a proven growth zone with research published by Rightmove and Zoopla at the end of 2015 showing property values in the area increased by 14%, with local agents anticipating even higher growth rates this year.
Dale Wagstaff, finance director, Howarth Homes commented: “For investors keen to exploit the anticipated capital growth potential in Uxbridge, Panorama provides a great investment opportunity. With properties being launched off plan, there is the potential for a rise in capital value prior to completion in 2018.
“There is a real appetite for investment properties in the South East. At last year’s development launches demand was such that all apartments sold on the day.
“Given the premium location and quality of the homes on offer – we anticipate there will be an equally high demand for the apartments at Panorama, so we will have solicitors at the launch, enabling purchasers to exchange on launch day,” added Mr Wagstaff.
A number of key factors make this metropolitan town hugely attractive to buy-to-let investors.
It is well served in terms of transport links. Uxbridge station offers direct access into London via the Metropolitan or Piccadilly lines, just 36 mins into Baker Street. Plus it provides good road access to M25/ M4/M40/A40 and Heathrow airport.
It is also a business hub for global brands such as Coca Cola, headquartered in the town centre, plus many more located at Stockley Park, close by.
The student rental market is also booming – Brunel University, the internationally renowned facility which hosts around 16,000 students every year – has seen a huge influx of overseas students, triggering an even higher demand for rental properties in the area.
Bucks New University also has a campus in Uxbridge which provides cutting-edge theatres enabling nursing students to take a more hands on approach to their education.
The apartments will be priced from £224,995.
The launch will take place on Thursday 10 March at the Sheraton Skyline Hotel at 3pm. For further information, please call 01895 233 999; visit www.panorama-uxbridge.co.uk or email panorama@howarthhomes. co.uk.
