Next step is a film for autism awareness campaigner Anna
UXBRIDGE mum Anna Kennedy OBE has created an inspiring video about women living with autism, in conjunction with International Women’s Day.
The video entitled Inspiring Women, Inspiring Change documents the experiences of five mums living with autism.
The film, released in conjunction with International Women’s Day yesterday (Tuesday), celebrates women who face daily struggles with autism and what they have achieved.
The video includes music by artist Tiger Lilly, who wrote the song Woman for the video and the charity.
Tiger Lilly said: “I have so much respect and admiration for the Anna Kennedy Online charity, so it was an honour to write a song for this very special video which encompasses the essence of womanhood and their strength throughout our history.”
Taking part in the video are: Anna Kennedy, founder of the charity; Samantha Tomlin, founder of Classic Models; Dawn Avery, financial director to six companies; Joanne Wiggins, single mum of two and active charity champion; and Mala Thapar, active charity champion and event organiser.

To celebrate International Women’s Day and the success of the video, a Live Women in Music event will be held on Friday March 11 at Hard Rock Café in Mayfair.
