High praise for health ser­vice

PA­TIENTS have praised adult com­mu­nity health ser­vices in Hilling­don in the Cen­tral and North West Lon­don (CNWL) An­nual Com­mu­nity Adult Pa­tient Ex­pe­ri­ence Sur­vey 2015.

A to­tal of 94% of peo­ple re­spond­ing said their over­all ex­pe­ri­ence of the ser­vices was ‘ex­cel­lent’, ‘very good’ or ‘good’ – an in­crease of 2% from last year. Of the peo­ple re­spond­ing 88% said they were ‘ex­tremely likely’ or ‘likely’ to rec­om­mend the ser­vice to their friends and fam­ily if they needed sim­i­lar care and 95% re­spond­ing said they felt the care they re­ceived helped them. Claire Mur­doch, CNWL chief ex­ec­u­tive, said: “It makes me ex­tremely proud to hear that our staff are de­liv­er­ing com­pas­sion­ate, high­qual­ity care and that the ma­jor­ity of pa­tients us­ing th­ese ser­vices are hav­ing a pos­i­tive ex­pe­ri­ence.”
