We need to put names to letters

Harefield Gazette - - OPINION -

I HAVE always wondered why anyone who puts pen to paper to (usually) complain about an organisation, feels the need to withhold their name and address for publication!

Over the years, I’ve had quite a few letters published in the Gazette (which, incidentally, never prints the full address anyway!), and I have no objection whatsoever in disclosing such details. The Gazette of February 24 printed eight letters, three of which were ended ‘NAME AND ADDRESS SUPPLIED’.

Why? Come on, have the courage of your convictions, especially if you want to be taken seriously!
