A MAN accused of stabbing a victim in the stomach over Easter weekend, which shocked neighbours in Hayes has entered pleas to three charges.
Bhupinder Suman, 40, of Selan Gardens, Hayes, pleaded not guilty to wounding with intent and unlawful wounding, but pleaded guilty to threatening a person with an offensive weapon in a public place at Isleworth Crown Court on Monday.
He will face trial at the same court on August 30.
Metropolitan Police officers were called at 6.35pm on Saturday March 26 to Selan Gardens, Hayes, where a 36-year-old man was found with a stab wound to his abdomen.
He was taken to hospital by London Ambulance Service (LAS) suffering serious injuries, but was later discharged.
Suman was originally charged with one offence of grievous bodily harm with intent and one offence of threatening a person with an offensive weapon in a public place, on Monday March 28.
