Hillingdon hospital excellent service

Harefield Gazette - - OPINION -

ON behalf of our Mum, Molly Walker (who is 102), we would like to thank the service she had on Tuesday April 26 when she had a fall in her home resulting in a very nasty injury to her leg and foot.

We called the ambulance service who were here very quickly and assessed her and we went with her in the ambulance.

We cannot fault the service from the hand-over at the hospital in A & E where the nurses took over taking her blood pressure etc, then a doctor assessed her and sent her for an ex-ray, then back to the doctor who dealt with a very nasty gash which required stitches and lastly, right down to the Porter who wheeled her out where we were collected to go home.

The links with all the medical staff was faultless.

We would just like to say a big THANK YOU to all concerned. JAY BURGIN AND FAMILY Providence Road, Yiewsley
