Caravan site’s not a subtle move

Harefield Gazette - - OPINION - MRS MTB EARL Hamilton Crescent Harrow

IT is obvious to anyone passing the White Hart, in Yeading, that it is currently a caravan site.

Having said that, perhaps they are better contained, unlike the White Hart, in Harlington.

The former Rayners Hotel (Rayners Lane) is still idle, but the hoarding outside says it is sold for educational purposes, we shall see!

A butcher’s shop in Rayners Lane, close to Healthways Chemist, has a religious sermon (in the window) in two languages, English being the latter.

Who would equate a butcher’s shop with religious sermon?

I am all for everyone following their own beliefs, but I thought all religions went to their place of worship to preach or be preached to, not the butcher’s window!
