Harefield Gazette - - NEWS -

NEED a way for your children to calm down after a tiring day at school?

Hot Yoga House in Eastcote is launching two weekly after-school yoga classes to help children learn a new activity, become more active, and have fun.

The new classes will be starting next month and will take place after school for a wide range of ages.

Hot Yoga House is the only dedicated yoga studio in the area of Eastcote, and the new children’s classes follow the studio’s successful launch and one-year anniversary.

The two classes will be weekly, and will be suitable for ages five to eight, and nine to 13.

To celebrate the launch, Hot Yoga House based at Television House, Field End Road, is putting on an introductory offer of a six-week pass for one child for £40.

Lois Kelly from Hot Yoga House said: “Children’s yoga is a great way to encourage an overall sense of well-being and confidence but most importantly, to have fun.

“Yoga is a great way for children to develop important skills in a fun, non-competitive environment.

“Our children’s yoga classes use music, games and activities to help children focus their minds and stretch their bodies, all whilst having lots of fun.”

n DEVELOPMENT: Hot Yoga House hope children can benefit in the way adults do in a class
