Man charged over Hal­loween rob­bery

A 22-year-old man from West Dray­ton has been charged with a se­ries of sex at­tacks on women and with the rob­bery of Philippa May in Uxbridge.

Thomas Christo­pher Biggs, of Wrays­bury Drive, was charged on Fri­day (Novem­ber 18) with the rob­bery of 43-year-old Ms May in St John's Road on Hal­loween (Oc­to­ber 31).

Biggs has also been charged with seven other of­fences through­out 2016.

He has been charged with three counts of sex­ual as­sault – two on April 17 and one on May 22) and one count of at­tempted kid­nap/false im­pris­on­ment with in­tent to com­mit a sex­ual of­fence on July 21.

Biggs is also charged with one count of rob­bery in West Dray­ton on Oc­to­ber 30, one count of as­sault by pen­e­tra­tion on Oc­to­ber 30 and one count of pos­ses­sion of a pointed/ bladed ar­ti­cle on Novem­ber 17.

He ap­peared at Uxbridge Mag­is­trates' Court on Fri­day and was re­manded in cus­tody to ap­pear at Isle­worth Crown Court on De­cem­ber 16.
