Agency wins awards for cus­tomer ser­vice

BROADS Prop­erty Ser­vices for the Hayes, Northolt, Southall and Hilling­don ar­eas has just won two pres­ti­gious awards for ‘Best Cus­tomer Ser­vice Ex­pe­ri­ence’ 2016. Pre­sented by Al­la­, an independent di­rec­tory and re­view site, the an­nual awards are based on cus­tomer feed­back over a 12-month pe­riod and are judged for lo­cal ar­eas, coun­ties and na­tion­ally.

Un­like many other awards these ac­co­lades are not cho­sen by col­leagues, trade jour­nal­ists or peers but by the cus­tomers them­selves who are ac­tu­ally buy­ing or sell­ing.
