Prog pop out­fit go­ing Fur it at the Good Ship

AHIGHLY in­ven­tive and orig­i­nal psy­che­delic/ indie/prog/pop out­fit from the Hilling­don bor­ough known as Furs & Masks play Kil­burn’s pres­ti­gious venue The Good Ship on Satur­day.

Furs & Masks are a North­wood­based three piece who have just fin­ished their month-long res­i­dency at The Crown and Treaty, Uxbridge, which has been a re­sound­ing suc­cess.

They head­line the Good Ship event, which also show­cases three other acts. Furs & Masks are cur­rently adding the fi­nal touches to their de­but EP which is due for re­lease in early De­cem­ber.

Shar­ing the bill are a catchy and loud bunch go­ing by the name of Fox Opera (www.fox­opera. band­camp.com), Em­pire Kings (www.theem­pirek­ings.com), who are melodic and gritty, and an Aus­tralian al­ter­na­tive indie folk duo called Har­ley Young Mu­sic (www.harleyy­oung­mu­sic.com).

You can find The Good Ship on Kil­burn High Road and the doors open at around 7pm. All this for a fiver on the door? Can’t be bad!
