THE front windows of a Greggs store in Ruislip were smashed by vandals over the weekend.

Police were called to the shop in Field End Road at around 6.40am on Sunday January 8 after reports were made of criminal damage.

At the scene officers found the windows and doors of the shop had been smashed, but there was no evidence of any attempt to enter the premises.

The vandals are believed to have used a blunt instrument to cause the damage .

No arrests have currently been made but the Met Police said enquiries are ongoing.
