Opening the door to new homes in Uxbridge
AWARD-WINNING housebuilder St. Modwen Homes launched its first homes to be built at St. Andrew’s Park in Uxbridge over the weekend. The launch marked the first time that people were able to reserve one of St. Modwen Homes’ properties at the development.The first release includes three and four-storey townhouses, some of which overlook London’s newest park and are predicted to be the most desirable homes to be built at St. Andrew’s Park.
St. Modwen Homes also released a range of one and two bedroom maisonettes at the launch. Over the past five years, the housebuilder has become known for its stand-out house designs and unique elevational finishes, as well as creating light and space throughout its properties.

The properties will form the latest phase of the 1,300-home new community at the former RAF Uxbridge site in Hillingdon. St. Modwen, together with its joint venture partner VINCI is leading the regeneration project.
