Disruption as lorry hits bridge
DRIVERS were faced with long delays after a lorry collided with a bridge in South Ruislip.
The collision took place in Station Approach, South Ruislip, on Monday (October 9) ahead of the evening rush hour.
“Heavy traffic” was been reported in the area, and Chiltern Railways warned of delays on their services.
Metropolitan Police attended the scene and confirmed there were no injuries.
A spokesperson said: “We were called at 4.10pm to a lorry trapped under a bridge. There were no injuries.”
