Cabbie keeps up winning record at Wembley
LONDON taxi driver Dean Richardson kept up his winning streak by beating Slovakia’s Andrej Moravek on the undercard of George Groves’ world title defence at Wembley Arena. Richardson, from South Ruislip, took two rounds to take out his opponent after flooring him twice, both times coming from right hooks to the head. The 22-year-old improved his 100 per cent record to five wins with no losses and all victories by way of knockouts. In the main event of the night, Groves retained his world title by beating Swindon’s Jamie Cox with a body shot in the fourth round to advance to the semi-finals of the World Boxing Super Series.
