‘Exercising outside has a huge impact on mental wellbeing,’ explains David Brown, manager of outdoor gym, BaseFit Shoreditch (base-fit.uk). ‘It increases fitness levels, improves mood and provides almost all of the daily vitamin D requirement in just 30 minutes.’ Want to build a better body to boot? The fresh air seems to tire you out quickly, leaving you working harder to get things done,’ says Brown.
