WHAT TO EX­PECT

No 1 Boot Camp is an ac­tion-packed and fun boot­camp, run by for­mer mil­i­tary fit­ness in­struc­tors who can tai­lor work­outs to any level of abil­ity. The camp is set in a large, tra­di­tional coun­try house in the beau­ti­ful Nor­folk coun­try­side near some stun­ning beaches. It’s the per­fect place to achieve your fit­ness and weight-loss goals and ban­ish those un­healthy habits for good.

Dur­ing your stay, you’ll take part in en­joy­able core ac­tiv­i­ties that will push you. Each day will be dif­fer­ent, keep­ing ac­tiv­i­ties fresh and chal­leng­ing, with a com­bi­na­tion of other ac­tiv­i­ties, in­clud­ing Spin­ning, cir­cuits, HIIT classes, hikes, team games and swim­ming, too.

You’ll be served three tasty meals a day, cooked by the camp’s ex­pert nu­tri­tion­ist and tal­ented chef. Tuck into de­li­cious dishes such as Home­made spicy cau­li­flower soup with crème fraîche; and Crispy skinned sal­mon served on bok choy with baby corn, spring onion, pea sauce and black bean puree. You’ll also boost your knowl­edge of nu­tri­tion, plus pick up tips and recipes to try at home.
