Take two min­utes to breathe deeply three times a day. It’s so sim­ple, but a great way to de­stress and re­fo­cus.

Find one thing you love, such as walk­ing or med­i­ta­tion, and do it con­sis­tently. Five min­utes ev­ery day is bet­ter than one long ses­sion once a week if you want to feel the ben­e­fits.

If you’re clear about what is im­por­tant to you in life, and what the fo­cus of your day is, achiev­ing goals will come more nat­u­rally.
