❍ Sin­gle-arm ket­tle­bell swing

Stand­ing up­right and hold­ing the weight in one hand, reach the ket­tle­bell through your legs with as lit­tle bend in your knees as pos­si­ble, keep­ing your chest up­right (A). Drive your hips through and use the force to send the weight up in front of you (B), then re­peat be­fore switch­ing to the other side. Per­form 10 swings per arm.
