Goblet squats

Hold­ing a ket­tle­bell in a cupped po­si­tion at chest level, place your feet slightly wider than hip-width apart (A). Keep your chest up and your core tight as you slowly squat down, en­sur­ing your knees don’t cave in (B). Then drive your legs up to full ex­ten­sion. Re­peat 10 times in all.
