‘Don’t fo­cus on one area of fit­ness; ev­ery­thing needs to be bal­anced. I be­lieve in mix­ing things up, so that you use strength, power and en­durance. I do Brazil­ian jiu jitsu three times a week, as well as strength train­ing, mo­bil­ity and flex­i­bil­ity work on the other days. I lift weights, do car­dio on the Versa Clim­ber and prac­tise yoga.’
