Master Clay­ton’s top moves, then make them more chal­leng­ing BOX STEP-UP

Step one foot up onto a block, knee bent to 90°. Keep­ing your back leg straight, step it onto the block, then step down one leg at a time. Swap sides. Progress onto a box jump or add weights.

PUSH-UP

From high plank, feet to­gether, lower your up­per body to the floor, keep­ing in a straight line. Press up when your chest is near the floor. Progress onto a plyo push-up or one-handed push-up.

GLUTE BRIDGE

Lie on your back, knees bent, feet flat on the floor. Squeeze your glutes, lift your hips and push your heels into the ground. Pause for 10 sec­onds, lower and re­peat. Chal­lenge sin­gle-leg strength by per­form­ing a sin­gle-leg bridge.
