Step one foot up onto a block, knee bent to 90°. Keeping your back leg straight, step it onto the block, then step down one leg at a time. Swap sides. Progress onto a box jump or add weights.
From high plank, feet together, lower your upper body to the floor, keeping in a straight line. Press up when your chest is near the floor. Progress onto a plyo push-up or one-handed push-up.
Lie on your back, knees bent, feet flat on the floor. Squeeze your glutes, lift your hips and push your heels into the ground. Pause for 10 seconds, lower and repeat. Challenge single-leg strength by performing a single-leg bridge.
