‘My ap­proach with ev­ery client is to find out what they’re pas­sion­ate about, how much spare time they have, and to build a plan around those things. We al­ways do the ba­sic ex­er­cises us­ing body­weight first, then add weights when the time’s right. I’ll slowly in­crease in­ten­sity by mak­ing the ex­er­cises pro­gres­sively more chal­leng­ing and dy­namic.’
