Stand with your feet hip-width apart and hold a dumbbell in front of your chest, elbows pointing towards the floor. Bend your knees and push your hips back to lower into a squat. Stand up and repeat.
Stand with your feet shoulderwidth apart, holding a medicine ball by the outside of your thigh. Twist and lift it up across your body with straight arms. Reverse the movement, bringing it back down across your body.
