Place both feet inside the straps and get into a push-up po­si­tion, with your hands be­neath your shoul­ders. Bend your el­bows to lower your torso to the ground. Push back up and lift your hips, so your body is in an in­verted ‘V’ shape. Lower and re­peat.


Stand with your feet hip-width apart and hold a dumbbell in front of your chest, el­bows point­ing to­wards the floor. Bend your knees and push your hips back to lower into a squat. Stand up and re­peat.


Stand with your feet shoul­der­width apart, hold­ing a medicine ball by the out­side of your thigh. Twist and lift it up across your body with straight arms. Re­v­erse the move­ment, bring­ing it back down across your body.
