SQUAT WITH SIDE LUNGE

Keep your knees soft through­out this ex­er­cise and try and get a bounce go­ing. Start by squat­ting to the floor with your feet to­gether then, as you pop up, do a side lunge putting your weight onto your left leg, punch­ing your right hand to the side. Re­turn to the squat­ting po­si­tion and re­peat on the other side.
