Start in the plank po­si­tion with your body level, and hands and feet hip width apart. Take your right leg and slide it un­der your left leg and across, whilst lift­ing your left arm and twist­ing your body, bend­ing your arm to bring it up and across. Re­turn to the plank po­si­tion and re­peat the other side.

En­sure your hands are un­der your shoul­ders and your body is straight
