Martin meets with TDA Busi­ness ad­vi­sor Kim Thorn­ton, who pro­vides busi­ness sup­port through the ERDF Growth Sup­port pro­gramme. They ini­tially com­plete a busi­ness di­ag­nos­tic and re­view the busi­ness plans and strat­egy for growth to es­tab­lish the next best steps for Martin and The M Decor.

Martin said: “Since I en­rolled on the ERDF Growth Sup­port Pro­gramme I have re­ceived the sup­port I was look­ing for and more. Kim helped re­view the fi­nances of the busi­ness and quickly es­tab­lished the key ar­eas that I need to fo­cus on. I have changed my ap­proach to tar­get big­ger con­tracts that will keep my team busy for longer
