Martin meets with TDA Business advisor Kim Thornton, who provides business support through the ERDF Growth Support programme. They initially complete a business diagnostic and review the business plans and strategy for growth to establish the next best steps for Martin and The M Decor.

Kim helped review the finances of the business and quickly established the key areas that I need to focus on. I have changed my approach to target bigger contracts that will keep my team busy for longer
