Grants for stu­dents in vil­lage

A VIL­LAGE char­ity will be de­lib­er­at­ing over its next round of grants to help stu­dents fur­ther their ed­u­ca­tion.

The Trustees of the Mis­tress Hester Hodges Ex­hi­bi­tion Foun­da­tion in Stoke Gold­ing will con­sider ap­pli­ca­tions dur­ing their Novem­ber meet­ing.

Com­pleted sub­mis­sion forms need to be re­turned by October 20. The small grants are only ap­pli­ca­ble to a very spe­cific sec­tion of the Stoke Gold­ing com­mu­nity.

To be el­i­gi­ble the fol­low­ing con­di­tions must be met - two years at­ten­dance at St. Mar­garet’s Pri­mary School, re­side in Stoke Gold­ing and be aged 16 or older and un­der­tak­ing fur­ther ed­u­ca­tion in the aca­demic year com­menc­ing Septem­ber/October 2017.

Ap­pli­ca­tion forms and in­for­ma­tion on where to re­turn them may be ob­tained from the vil­lage post of­fice.
