Vintage fair set to take place this weekend
VINTAGE lovers, families and keen shoppers are being invited to Hinckley’s annual vintage fair as it makes a return this November.
Now in its sixth year, the Hinckley Vintage Fair is set to fling open its doors once again on November 19 at the Meeting Centre behind the old Leisure Centre, on Marchant Road.
The ever-popular fair will run from 10am until 4pm and will be jam packed with 45 stalls selling vintage wares and curiosities, as well as fashion and retro treasures.
There will be a cafe serving tea, coffee and a range of mouth-watering homemade cakes.
The fair will also feature DJ Howling Wolf, a DJ who plays vinyl records from the 40s, 50s and 60s, and a vintage-style ice cream trike by Morton’s.
Carole Smith, from Vintage Treasures, and Kirsty Pollard, who are both running the event, said: “We are welcoming every- one to this year’s Vintage Fair.
“Always extremely popular to all, whether you are a vintage lover or just fancy a fun day out, this year proves to be the biggest yet.
“Whether you are looking for a cool Christmas gift, fabulous fashion, beautiful interiors or even a slice of delicious cake, there really is something for everyone!”
