Gui­tar he­roes tak­ing stage

SOME OF the world’s great­est gui­tar he­roes will be tak­ing cen­tre stage for a mu­si­cal ex­trav­a­ganza next year.

The Story of Gui­tar He­roes will be tour­ing Coven­try’s Bel­grade Theatre on Satur­day Jan­uary 27.

Jimi Hen­drix, Eric Clap­ton, Hank Marvin, Brian May and Slash are just some of the gui­tar he­roes au­di­ence mem­bers will be able to ex­pe­ri­ence dur­ing the live, con­cert-style ‘rock­u­men­tary’.

The show will be per­formed by the tal­ented and renowned mu­si­cian, Phil Walker, and his ex­cep­tional band.

With over 20 gui­tars used on stage, the show recre­ates the sound and am­biance of each gui­tar hero, start­ing from the 1950s and tak­ing au­di­ences up to the present day.

It also of­fers the very lat­est in video screen tech­nol­ogy to cre­ate a larger than life event.

The show will start at 7.30pm, with tick­ets cost­ing £22.50.
