Your duty is to report all matters worthy of comment
FIRSTLY I applaud the fact that you carried out your duty as a newspaper to report all matters worthy of comment, however abhorrent it may be to some.
It can be a matter of debate where it is placed but parents and teachers go to lengths to ensure their children are taught to read as soon as possible and therefore cannot blame the source of their reading material.
No one criticises reports of the grisly mess of motorway madness to be read by all so the horse incident is well covered by law and will be suitably dealt with.
