Now in favour of leaving the EU

Hinckley Times - - LETTERS -

THE fact that it becomes harder to find a politician with a hint of integrity is not a reason (yet) to abandon all hope – or so I thought.

However, they do not help themselves. It has just come to light that the EU has refused to disclose the expenses that have been claimed by MEPs and the old “nothing to hide, nothing to fear” cliché comes immediately to mind.

For very many years the EU failed to get its accounts formally signed off and it is patently obvious that they are inept at financial management. This latest revelation has converted me from just in favour of remaining to just in favour of leaving. B Rogers
